Daniel Bellamy has oversight of all aspects of the UTSA Athletics Sports Medicine program, which provides supervision, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for more than 350 student – athletes, as well as leading collaborative efforts with team physicians and other member s of the medical team. He also serves as the department’s health care administrator and coordinate s sports medicine coverage for all 17 NCAA Division I sports and the student – athlete drug – testing program.
