    Brad is the founder of BioWave and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a skilled business leader and provides the guiding vision and strategic direction for the company. Brad manages new product and clinical development, quality, regulatory, contract manufacturing, government affairs and corporate finance. His original concept for BioWave’s signal technology came from an inspiration he had while working as the Chief Operating Officer at a prior medical device company. Brad also worked for 7 years as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for Daiwa Securities with a focus on the Medical Device Industry.

    Brad received undergraduate and master’s degrees from Cornell Engineering and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Business. Brad’s Master of Engineering thesis was focused on a special project for the Hospital for Special Surgery. In his spare time, Brad is a fitness junkie and has been known to rip tremendous topspin on a tennis or paddle ball. He is an artist, photographer, and fond of traveling, skiing, food and wine.

    Dr. Charles Odonkor is an assistant professor of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, and Interventional Pain Medicine and Physiatry at Yale School of Medicine.

    Dr. Odonkor completed a fellowship in pain medicine at Harvard Medical School and a physiatry residency and patient safety and health systems design fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. As an alumnus of Yale School of Medicine, he was excited to return to Yale to bring his expertise in advanced pain intervention techniques, regenerative medicine and neuromodulation to alleviate chronic pain.

    He is co-director of clinic research in the department of orthopaedics and rehabilitation and is PI of wearable health research at Yale.

    Dr. Abd-Elsayed is a physician specializing in anesthesiology and chronic pain medicine — currently serving as Medical Director of Pain Services and Medical Director of the Pain Clinic at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (UW–Madison), where he is also Division Chief of Chronic Pain Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology.

    He earned his MBBCh in 2000 at Assiut University in Egypt, and subsequently completed a Master of Public Health at the same institution. After moving to the United States, he trained at Cleveland Clinic as a research fellow in anesthesiology, followed by residency and a chronic pain fellowship at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

    Dr. Abd-Elsayed is a prolific researcher and academic: he has published hundreds of peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters, edited many books, and is active on editorial boards of leading pain and anesthesiology journals. His research interests include neuromodulation, management of neuropathic pain, interventional pain techniques, and complex pain conditions such as chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

    Beyond his clinical and research work, he is involved in professional societies including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), and the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS).

    Dr. Raymond Tatevossian is a founding partner of Comprehensive Spine & Pain Physicians. He is a board certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Pain Medicine from the USC Keck School of Medicine.

    Dr. Tatevossian has been practicing Pain Medicine for 18 years and has held the Chair of the Pain and Palliative Care at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center for the last 10 years.

    Dr. Tatevossian manages all chronic pain conditions. He holds special interest in minimally invasive spine procedures as well as the use of Regenerative Medicine to alleviate chronic spine related pain conditions.

    He regularly lectures in the community as well as teaches new physicians advanced procedures.

    With membership in the American Academy of Pain Medicine as well as the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Dr. Tatevossian is on the forefront of advanced treatment options in the field of Pain Medicine.

    Dr. Amir Bahreman completed his neurology training at Albert Einstein University and specialized further at the University of Chicago.

    Dr. Bahreman has extensive experience treating traumatic brain injuries, post-traumatic headaches, migraines, and other complex neurological disorders. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an expert witness in medical-legal neurology, focusing on traumatic brain and spinal injuries. He is affiliated with the Sharp Health System in San Diego.
