Deep, Targeted Pain Relief Delivered with Precision

BioWave Percutaneous Electrodes

BioWave Percutaneous Electrodes use a patented microneedle array to deliver high-frequency neuromodulation directly through the skin and into deep tissue, bypassing skin impedance for deeper, more effective pain-nerve modulation. Designed for use with BioWavePRO in clinical BioWavePENS treatments, these sterile, single-use electrodes support precise, comfortable, and highly effective relief for chronic, acute, or post-operative pain.

Available in two options:

B-Set: two 2.5” round equal-area electrodes for treating two locations or broader pain areas

E-Set: one 2.5” round active electrode over the pain site + one 2” × 4” dispersive electrode placed over a bony prominence for comfortable stimulation, providing single-site treatment with improved comfort and deeper stimulation.

  • Sterile, single-use microneedle array for safe, hygienic treatments
  • 1,014 microneedles (0.74 mm in length) create a direct conductive pathway to deeper pain sites
  • Bypasses skin impedance to enhance signal delivery and maximize outcomes
  • Provides up to 72 hours of relief following a single 30-minute BioWavePENS session4

  13. During treatment, intensity level that you reach is about half the level you would have reached if you used non invasive electrodes.
  14. When countdown timer reaches 0:00 minutes, intensity automatically is reduced to zero. Press power button to turn unit off.
  15. Gently peel electrodes off of skin.
  16. Place needle side of electrodes together and dispose of in Sharps disposal.
