Why is my BioWaveGO unit flashing?

If there is a connection error, the LED bar graph on the face of the device will flash orange. Check the cable is properly plugged into the device, the other ends of the cable are properly plugged into the 2 electrodes, and make sure the electrodes are tacky and securely attached to the skin.
